You can't open a second account if your first one was suspended. The second one will also get deactivated.

You can't open a second account if your first one was suspended. The second one will also get deactivated.
As mentioned in the thread, operating a second account while you already have one that has been impacted is prohibited as seen in our multiple accounts policy. Every attempt you make to open a new account will see those accounts impacted until you resolve the original concern. Why was the original account suspended?
As for the listings, can you clarify what you mean by not having access to them? Are you attempting to access the information associated through the second account? This would not be successful as the metrics are tied to the first account not the second.
In addition, you may only operate a second account if it is serves a legitimate business purpose. If you are attempting to sell the same products on a second account, this would not be considered a valid reason.
