Brand registry rejected computer based images.

Hi There. Was wondering if anyone had any tips or could help. We are trying to register a brand and the trademark is pending with IPO. Amazon keep rejected the brand due to computer based images but the images I am uploading is literally with the product in my hand with the branding printed on it permanently using UV Technology. Please could anyone share any tips. I have uploaded multiple images even with light reflections which show it’s my product in hand but they keep rejecting.
