Hi @Jona_Amazon ,

When you have a credit card successfully setup on your account, is it possible to have Amazon fees (like advertising and the monthly subscription) charged to it? Rather than them just being taken from the balance of our payments account?

Hi Jona,

I have been trying to update our payment information since April as it's currently connected to our old bank account. I am submitting every form of proof needed e.g. bank statement but it keeps being automatically rejected. Now our seller account has been suspended and I have no way to retrieve the funds you hold.

Can you please have someone contact us urgently.
