Account Level Reserve query

Hi, im just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of the Account Level Reserve, i like many others have gone through the horrors over the last few weeks regarding the blocked disbursements and thankfully have had them reinstated and the red banner is gone.

however since the day i received the original disbursements email i put my shop on holiday until it was resolved and reluctantly yesterday turned the shop back on.

All previous disbursements have already been withdrawn so the account was at zero prior to turning it back on.

i have taken in around £100 of orders since yesterday but i have noticed that on the disbursement page all these orders which have now been shipped the payments gone into the Account Level Reserve and the funds available for both now and at settlement end are both still showing zero is this normal or have they gone from being unlocked to locked again?

if somethings still up i don't want to continue taking orders whilst its like this, but i cannot remember prior to this issue if that was the norm. (e.g does it stay in Account Level Reserve for x amount of days before becoming available)

on the Disbursements tab (within the payments page) it does state on the next Disbursement its currently £81.94 currently but on the main page with the graph it shows zero, this may be normal but like everyone im on edge with amazon at the moment, they have a lost a lot of peoples trust. I am also having the same problem, have spoken to seller support and been told that reserves are normal. On asking when I will get my money was told they don't know.

Have you got any further with this?

Hello @Seller_8QEinGIZiVAx0,

Here Simon from Amazon, happy to help.

It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account Level Reserve on your Payments report. This is the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfil any financial obligations such as refunds, claims or chargebacks.

Please refer to What is account level reserve? for additional information.

Hope this helps.

Best,

Simon
