We received this email below which seems many people have. However, I am looking for answers on others response to this and how they proceeded. As you can read below there is no appeals process and stating we may not respond further to this is ludicrous from Amazon. ANY HELP AND GUIDANCE WOULD BE GREATFULLY WELCOMED!
I have scoured this forum and the internet and cant seem to find a way forward from this point. I see there are many forms of unrest with Amazon in this forum and mine being just one. To have given all the information required and receive this reply back borders on polite theft....

I am in the exact same situation. Didn't provide the correct information the first time, and now it looks like our punishment is being blocked from Amazon for life as a result, with no guidance on what to do next.
