Returning Item fulfilled from different country
Hello,
I’ve been looking into Returns policies and FBA, however, there is nothing that explains about buying from fulfilment centre in a different country.
As an example, if UK customer buys a product from us and it is sent from fulfilment centre in Poland, does it have to go back to fulfilment centre there or can customer send it to local. If so, what happens with the returned product? Do they ship it back to Poland?

Are you PAN EU?
If so, then there shouldn’t be an issue as to exactly where an item is returned, regardless.
But generally speaking, items are returned to the country it has been sold in.
If you are not PAN EU, then you need to only have the countries that you want to allow your returns to be in switched on. This is in settings.
Also, you need to switch off global sales, as items can be returned to any country.
