Advice on Letter to Amazon Head Office

I hope everyone had a wonderful time during the holidays.
Please help me with advice on the best way to move forward. I have stock at Amazon Fulfilment centres.
I would appreciate it if Amazon representatives will look at my case.
Amazon has sent me email below dated 31 /12/2024 asking me to prove authenticity of my products and they will be disposed of in the next 15 days - some of the listings are my from own brand which I make and I have been selling the brand on Amazon for almost 10 years.
The email I received has no-reply email address but I am being requested to reply to the email.
Amazon has deleted my listings and I do not have a way of communicating with them except automated responses through Account Health which have not been helpful and hence situation has still not been resolved.
Am I wrong in saying that the Account Health system is not setup to deal with invoice dated over 365 days as it keeps rejecting an invoice dated January 2023 because is over 365 days old? This was requested in October 2024, almost a year after completing all the sales. It covers the volume of sale during that period up to November 2023. I have sent every available information I have but my account is still deactivated.
I can provide an invoice dated before 18th October 2024 as requested by Amazon for goods bought in January 2023 but the date on invoice can only be the purchase date which is in January 2023.
