Hijacker trade marked my listing

Hijacker trade marked and blocked my listing.

I am trying to verify with amazon that the product is mine since I created the listing. I have all the invoices, upc etc.

Meanwhile I want to save the account and the stock that I have on Amazon fulfilment centers until everything is clarified . How can I do that?

Can someone please help me?

Hi,

Do you own the brand? Or are you a reseller of the product? If you are not the brand owner, you unfortunately have no rights to sell on the listing whether you created it or not if the brand owner chooses to block you.

If you created the brand, you should have trademarked it before setting it up on Amazon. I am unsure where you stand on a legal point if you have created the brand but not trademarked it. You would be better off speaking to a solicitor.
