I am a new seller, and am dismayed that every single order on my account is stuck in pending, apparently because inexplicably every single one of the dozens of people ordering all have had their payment method rejected. Live chat was hopeless, just kept saying there is no problem.
Not sure what I am supposed to do. What's worse, I'm promoting a listing and paying for the privilege for orders that will likely never complete.

As a new seller is your account fully verified? Are they FBA items, have they been fully checked in?
It'd be helpful to know how long the orders have been pending as there may be no issue at all - pending doesn't mean the payment method has been rejected.
