Attention Booksellers

Hello,

I have been a seller on Amazon since 2009. I have used the same inventory management system company the whole time. About a year ago the company was bought out by another company, and I have been having issues. I am reaching out to other book sellers for ideas of an inventory management company that has worked well for them. Currently my company is shut down due to a breach in security and it seems like this is going to take a while before it will be running again. I'm not sure how much was lost but I get the feeling it's not good. I am looking for a system that will reprice my items online, manage my inventory and possibly help in shipping and listing. I have just started looking. If anybody has a company, you are happy with I would appreciate any direction or advice in this area. Thanks for your time.

Full disclosure, I do NOT get anything from the company for telling people about them. Also, they are not exactly cheap BUT they will integrate all my inventory for Amazon, eBay AND another site that I sell on, as well as Shopify if I ever get that up and actually working.

I have been using Ordoro for several years now. While they have LOTS of other features all I use is the inventory system. It allows me to use multiple different SKUs for the same items if I want to have a custom one for eBay versus Amazon, etc. I can then 'KIT' the items so they all link. For example -- I can sell a single item on Amazon but create a multi-pack for eBay and tie them together with the different quantity for eBay reducing the inventory for Amazon if one sells. And the other way around!

Very few glitches over the past 5 1/2 years!

You can also look into Sellbrite...

I would avoid any company that allows the words 'may' or 'might' to appear in a book listing.

I use Linnworks. It is amazing but is costs thousands of dollars a month at our scale. It does not reprice. All major shipping carriers and Amazon buy shipping all integrated

Greetings - for books, SellerChamp has been great. We were long time users of Fillz and they are the closest we've found. Excellent customer service. You will still need a repricer and shipping software like Shipstation - it's hard to find a software that does all and maybe for a good reason. Lesson for all with the Neatoscan crash is backup your inventory at least weekly if not daily.

I wonder if you are talking about Inventory Lab? I know a group called 3 Colts bought Scout IQ, Zen Arbitrage and I am pretty sure Inventory Lab. Everything they touch turns to crap.
