Inventory is stuck inFc Processing

Hello i shipped my inventory on 20 November and received by amazon on 25 November.But no unit is added to my Inventory and all Inventory is In Fc processing contacted multiple times with amazon but give only robotic responses.Plz can any one help bcz my sales are badly affected.
