Alignment of Label templates for SNL FBA

Has anyone got any advice on how to align the templates for printing the item barcode labels for SNL FBA onto A4 label sheets. None of them seem to align to standard brands of label sheets and I’ve been through every setting on my printer to try to align it. The 40 labels per sheet for example prints right up to the edges of the paper when there should be a margin either side of 10mm and a header and footer of 20mm. Canon printer website, Avery label website, Adobe and Youtube don’t have the answer. Anyone else had this problem?

I use either 27s or 44s and have no issues with them either. That said, on my printer is defaults the labels to 95% size when printing and I have to change them to 100% to work, it’s printer specific though, my old printer didn’t do that

I too have found that you need to print at 100% and not scale to fit.

I bought a4 sheets - 24 labels per sheet off ebay (generic brand) they were size 63.5 x 33.9mm which is on the drop down size option on the print labels page and they align perfectly
