Just an idea, as I have seen this pop up again and again. This could be the Shipping Setting Automation not working properly. If you go into your shipping settings and then edit your template, you should be able to turn it off (if it's on) and see if this improves the displayed shipping times.

Hello @Seller_Jufz5adkgPqrC,

This is Sakura from Amazon.

@Seller_khXhultlsgFkP suggested a very likely root cause for your issue.

You should have the option to enable the Shipping Setting Automation by editing the Shipping Templates.

What are your metrics like?

This is an Amazon scam due to a huge economy slowdown. They give priority to Prime sellers and show longer delivery dates for standard sellers. This pushes the buyers to Prime listings. If you raise it they will give out excuses. Another nail in the coffin.
