How to get help with technical issue with account
I am pulling my hair out trying to resolve a technical issue with our account which should be a simple fix. Simple case of certain pages not loading and I can clearly see that the issue isn’t being caused on my end (I’m a web developer). I have tried to create a case but seller support is beyond unhelpful and are refusing to help because they don’t understand the issue. Rather than passing the issue on to someone who does understand they just keep giving me useless information and telling me that there are no issues with my account. Is there a way to contact someone who is actually competent in their job role?

The only success I have had with seller support is by backing them into a corner and not giving them any opportunity to squirm out of answering, I found that doing it via bullet points worked much better than paragraphs.

- This is urgent and needs resolving
Do not try to communicate with them on a human to human basis.

You have probably tried all the obvious such as another computer, different browser and clearing your cache and cookies on the browser you normally use?
There was an issue a few weeks ago where some sellers couldnt load the site at all and the only work around was to use a VPN.
However I haven't seen any recent posts from other sellers regarding this. So it would suggest an issue on your account or an issue with your PC/Internet connection.
If you are sure it is not an issue with you then it will be a case of pestering support until they look at it. However it is likely that will be a battle.
