Unjust Denial of Funds Verification Process – Immediate Assistance Needed
Dear Amazon Seller Support & Fellow Sellers,
We are facing a serious and unjust issue regarding our suspended account and the recovery of our funds. According to Amazon’s policies, sellers whose accounts remain suspended for over 60 days have the right to undergo a separate verification process to access their available funds. We are fully aware of this policy and have requested to participate in this funds verification process, but our request was unfairly denied without even being reviewed.
The Issue: Wrongful Denial of Funds Verification
Amazon has incorrectly rejected our request, stating that we have already participated in a verification process. However, this is completely false. The only verification we have ever undergone was related to our account reinstatement, not funds recovery. That video call was exclusively for account reactivation, and despite our full cooperation, our account remains suspended.
Now, when we attempt to proceed with the separate funds verification process, we are being told that we are not eligible because of the previous video call. This is a clear misinterpretation of Amazon’s policies. The funds verification process should be available to all suspended sellers after 60 days, and it is not linked to account reinstatement verification.
Our Actions & Amazon’s Unfair Response
We have never been given the opportunity to complete a separate verification process for our funds.
We have reached out via email and opened multiple cases regarding this matter. Each time, we receive the same automated response, wrongly stating that we have already completed verification.
We have not even been allowed to submit our fund request properly, as it is denied instantly.
This is a violation of standard seller rights, as all suspended sellers should have the opportunity to verify and recover their available funds.
Request for Amazon’s Immediate Review
We are now bringing this issue to the Seller Forum, as we believe this is an unjust policy application that needs urgent attention. We respectfully request Amazon to properly review our case, allow us to proceed with the standard funds verification process, and ensure fair treatment for all sellers.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Any advice from fellow sellers or Amazon representatives would be greatly appreciated.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
