UPS Collection Booking
Is anyone else having problems with the UPS website booking a collection?
On the Schedule a Parcel Collection page after entering all the details and clicking next it just goes to the top of the page again rather than progressing to the confirmation page.
I am logged in and after adding tracking it says ‘Note: You entered a tracking number that can be used for a pre-paid On-Call collection®. No further payment is required.’
I wasn’t able to book this morning for today and trying now I am not having any luck booking for tomorrow.

I’ve been having the same problem. I had to ring them to arrange collection. It’s been like that since this morning.

Exactly the same here, luckily the friendly UPS man pops round to check either way.
