BOL and ASN number and booking in

I hope somebody can help. At last I thought im going to get some stock into Amazon. I have sent pallet labels and case labels to haulier. They can book it in off we go after 8 weeks of set up, No……… not yet.

Please can you advise what I am doing wrong as it is saying on the system that the LTL is missing BOL number. Also my haulier is saying I should have an ASN number and usually they don’t book in (with other Amazon customers) a date and time is already given to them?

If anyone is kind enough to help please help with kids instructions and assume I know nothing!!!

According to the Amazon help page:

  • For LTL and FTL , you must provide your Bill of Lading (BOL) and Freight Number unless you are using Amazon Partnered LTL. When you use Amazon Partnered LTL, Amazon will generate your BOL. You are required to give the carrier the Bill of Lading (BOL) generated by Amazon which will be available in the partnered workflow on the day of your pick-up.

Thanks. Is an asin number different to an asn number?

Ok. I think I have removed the BOL issue. The information has now moved to the shipping queue. But I still can see anywhere an ASN that has been generated for me to pass to the haulier. Also a time and date for our hauliers to deliver. I assume that wont be generated until the asn is?

Kika thanks for all your help again. Will this actually get somebody to speak to me rather than searching text. When I follow you link it appears to be trying to solve it without online chat or phone communication. this is what I need.
