Trade License Not Accepted
I am writing to seek clarification regarding the acceptance of my trading license. I hold a general trading and e-commerce trade license issued by the Sharjah Free Zone. However, I have faced repeated challenges with the acceptance of this license with Amazon.ae, as I have been informed that the license must be issued from the Dubai authorities.
@Adam_Amazon_ Could you please provide guidance on this matter? Is there any specific documentation or alternative steps I can take to facilitate the acceptance of my license? I value being a part of your marketplace and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I believe that your license must include the activity of E-Commerce through Websites. If it is E-Commerce through social media, this is insufficient.
Your best option is to go back to the consultant / free zone that you got your license and ask them if it is eligible to sell on Amazon or if you need to add another activity.
