UK Seller Ungating in USA with UK business address
I have a UK business and sell in UK and USA.
I have invoices from suppliers and want to get ungated for a brand, however amazon states invoice must:
“Includes your name and address, matching the information in your selling account”
My seller account is registered to a UK address but I do have a US address for my fulfilment centre in the USA.
Not sure if anyone has managed to achieve ungating this way?

If your business’ registered address is in the UK then the invoice should still be made out to your UK address? Suely the US warehouse address is just for shipping purposes.
