Grocery & Gourmet Foods Approval

Hello,

I've got approval to sell in the alcohol category, and already have a product listed as such (ASNI: B0F54NYCWQ)

I'm now looking to get ASIN B0F6KNVDDD (tequila) listed but I'm being blocked with the reason given I need approval to sell in Grocery and Gourmet Foods category.

I've submitted a number of cases, and provided all information required but am just getting automated responses back (e.g. on case 11137629712)

I'd like to understand 1, why I can list one alcohol product and not the other. 2, why I keep being rejected despite providing all requiested information in the correct format. And 3, why is the ASIN in question flagged as Grocery and Gourmet when it's an alcohol product.

Thanks

Your ROC Rose Aperitivo isn't currently listed for sale on Amazon UK, perhaps you've listed it in other markets.

Amazon is very confusing, they seem to consider alcohol to be a sub category of Grocery and Gourmet Foods yet give permissions seperately when both are required.

Grocery and Gourmet Foods can normally be ungated with an invoice, I sell wine and used an invoice from one of the big importers for ungating. If you're purely importing and Amazon are not accepting the producer invoice it may be a case of you needing to invoice your UK sales division from your UK import division (basically invoicing yourself, making sure the invoice meets all Amazon requirements). The invoice can then be submitted to Amazon.

Your Tequila doesn't have the ABV listed in the details section which could be another reason you can't list it.
