Design Patented reported but amaozn will not take action
Hi
I am brand registered on Amazon and got trademarked and got a design patent on my product,now i can see another seller selling my product with same pictures i got in my listing which design patentented.
Report to amazon twice ,but amazon will not do anything because that listing was created before my design patent registration. But i try to explain to amaozn that listing was modified from an old listing to make this new listing so he can bypass design patent.
What i am asking is der a way in amazon we can report for using my pictures ?

Apologies for the delayed response.
That´s correct, if listing was created before the Design Patent registration date, it is not considered infringement.
To report Copyright Image infringement, please submit this report: Report abuse: Intellectual property (copyright, trademark, patent) violation
