Repeatedly Rejecting Invoices

Our account has been deactivated under the premise of Inauthentic Products for three seperate ASIN's. We have sent the required invoices multiple times but one issue that keeps coming up is that they cannot find one of the products within the invoice.

The item they are trying to find is ASIN B07GL592FH. On Amazon it is titled "Bleach London Lavender Grey Toner Kit" whereas on our invoice it is titled "Lavender Grey Toner Kit". I have uploaded a word document explaining this to amazon and how they can use the GTIN code right next to it to reference that it is the same product, even uploading screenshots of how they can search the code to find the product yet they still seem unable to find it, it feels like they arent even trying to find it.

Can someone advise me on what I should do next or point me in the direction of someone who can actually help me? Thanks.

Giving helpful instruction to seller support is like banging your head on a brick wall. best advice would be to print off the invoice add the asin next to the item and highlight it with <=> in between the two. providing word documents expalining all this would be great with a normal support but amazon support if its not 100% they will just reject it.

Sometimes the MODS on here may help.
