No Distribution Available - Funds Held with Account Level Reserve Growing

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can offer advice or share their experience with a similar issue.

My next distribution was scheduled for the 20th of October, and I’ve always been able to request some amount in advance. However, this time my account is showing:

From 06/10/2024 - Present: £0.00

Account Level Reserve: There is some amount, and it’s growing daily.

Funds Available at Settlement End: Still £0.00, and no distribution is available.

The last time this happened, it was due to a review of my UK establishment, and my funds were blocked. However, I haven’t received any notifications this time. My account health is fine, and I only use FBA.

Seller Support hasn’t been helpful in identifying the issue. Has anyone experienced something similar or know how I can dig into the root cause?
