URGENT: Hundreds of Retroactive "Carrier Delivery Label Adjustment" Charges Flooding In — Anyone Else?
Hi everyone,
This evening, we’ve been hit with hundreds of sudden charges on our account under the description:
"Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label"
These adjustments are:
Hitting all at once with no prior notice
Going as far back as April 2025
All related to EVRi Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) shipments
Providing no clear breakdown or calculation of how the so-called "undercharge" was determined. All we can see is that its a duplicate charge to the original buy shipping charge.
This has caused massive billing disruptions and we're concerned it may be a system-wide issue or billing error. A few example order IDs show the same problem with duplicate or unexpected label charges retroactively applied.
We have raised this with both EVRi and Amazon support, but are still waiting for an explanation or fix.
Is anyone else seeing this?
Would appreciate hearing from other SFP sellers (especially those using EVRi) to understand if this is isolated or affecting others too.
Thanks in advance for any insight!

I have the same issue I'm afraid.
A case has already been opened about the issue, I am posting this here to hopefully raise awareness of the issue...
My account has been billed multiple adjusted charges for many of my sold items where postage was bought via Amazon, with Evri being the courier.
The adjustments are claiming that the original label cost of 2.95 for instance was undercharged, the result is a doubling of the postage fee and £100s of lost revenue.
All items are weighed and measured correctly so what is going on here? A system glitch? Evri trying to pull a fast one?
There is no way in hell that a small item, weighing 200g, measuring 30x 10 cm costs £6+ to send.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? It's causing me alot of stress it has to be said.

I'm just getting them, trying Seller support, although nigh on impossible to open anything there these days. Also trying my Evri account manager.
I've only just switched to Evri so thought it was something base on being new on my account.
It's bleeping annoying, especially when the size and weight are showing as spot on for every order.

There's no way of knowing until we speak to Evri or Amazon acknowledge anything. I agree about the charges anyway. Even a flat rate over the counter purchase is cheaper than the ones I've checked so far.
I agree about the stress. It's hard enough running a business without some new bits of doodahs being thrown at you every ten minutes.
I've been using a mix of RM and Evri and just confirming that it is only Evri that it's happening with.

I have the same.
Have emailed my Evri account manager.
Transactions details show
Customer-Entered Dimensions: 45 X 35 X 16 CM Weight: 1000 G
Carrier-Audited Dimensions: 45 X 35 X 16 CM Weight: 1000 G
Actual item 14 x 2.62 x 20.93 cm and 522 g
In all, nearly a grands worth of extra shipping charges !

It has happened to me too. I'm guessing £6-7k of charges. This needs sorting asap

post.I am having the same issue. Specifically Evri.

Same here.
We really could do without this at the moment.

Same here - totalling over £10k for us. And the small sample I've checked looked completely unreasonable as possible under-charged delivery.
We would also like this overturned immediately.

Hello,
I’ve never posted in a forum before, I always just have a quick glance to see if what I’m experiencing is a problem across the platform like buying labels in bulk or such.
I had to comment on this one.
Our account is approx £8,000 less than last night resulting in these ‘adjustments’. Having only checked over a handful orders the weights that we have inputted are correct and the overcharges don’t not relate to any price weight tier on the Evri rate card. A 5kg box, would normally be £3.16 in my tier, I’ve been charged £6.32 I’m hoping the error is all the postage has been doubled and it will be reimbursed.
All goes hand in hand with having a huge amount in the reserve, typically I usually withdraw money today so what I’ve been able to withdraw is significantly less which will impact cash flow etc. I dare say it will take longer than need to be fix it and return the money owed to all sellers…….

Same issue here. Not so much as you guys I’m 200£ down here overnight.
Some under 1kg parcels I am being charged 6.50 odd extra charges
The parcels were correct size and weight. I have better things to do that chase phantom charges
What do we do?
