Hello Amazon Seller Identity Verification Team,
I am reaching out to request your urgent assistance with my seller account identity verification. On March 14, 2025, I received an email containing a video verification link. However, due to an issue I was experiencing at the time, I posted my concern on the Seller Forums and unfortunately lost access to my ID temporarily.
I have now recovered my ID and attempted to complete the verification, but I am facing a technical issue – the "Submit" button on the video verification page is not working, preventing me from proceeding.
Although the system still shows the video call option, I am unsure whether I should proceed that way, and I fear it may not properly resolve the verification status.

I have previously shared these concerns in my forum post and also contacted Seller Support. They responded to my inquiry, and I have attached images of their reply to this message for your reference.
Please kindly review my case and assist in one of the following ways:
