How to contact Buyer after order is cancelled
Hi all, would some 1 be kind enough to help me out … Im just filling in while the lad that usually does Amazon is on hols and iv cocked up ! … Iv had to cancel an order but I wanted to contact the buyer to explain why it has been cancelled but now I cant see an option to contact the buyer … Does that make sense ? … Help please or im up for a roasting off the boss

To contact the customer double click the customer name which is in blue from the order display window.

Hello, I cant see the customers name at all … All I can see is 1 cancelled order but no customer details

You can’t contact buyers over cancelled orders.
All data disappears immediately after cancellation.

When I have been in the same position I’ve take a screen grab and saved it before doing anything else.
Whilst you can no longer contact them, they can contact you, so hopefully they may do and you can explain.
