Order refunded but customer now wants to repay
A customer received a refund for a missing order, however it has now turned up the day after the refund. They have messaged and asked to repay for the order rather than return it. Is this even possible once a refund has gone through?

Yes, but they'd need to contact customer service and ask to be re-charged. Often customer service will tell them not to worry about it.

Yes, exactly as above, they can ask CS, but they usually tell them to just keep as a 'goodwill gesture' ! - but of course the seller is out of pocket.
