Shipping to northern Ireland, channel islands etc
Hi
We get lots of orders to ship to northern Ireland and other premium rate delivery locations. When I try to untick these on the shipping settings it wont let me, though I notice other sellers of the same product have done so. In the main I don’t mind, but there are certain products which I would like to exclude, can I do this?

You should be able to, we can certainly untick Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and BFPO from our Shipping templates.
Are you on the professional or individual selling plan though?

I’ve just put massive shipping costs on it, I think I set it to £40.00 so as you can imagine I don’t get orders from there.

Why would you want to exclude Northern Ireland and Channel Islands?
The postage rate is the same as the rest of the UK.
I live in Northern Ireland which is still part of the UK.

I would love to be able to get rid of BFPO as the vast majority get returned to sender but it won’t let me save after unticking.
