3 digit CVV number problem (No box on form to add it)
Hi
I am trying to update my charge method by using another card (The one i have is expired)
But the problem is when i add a new card it asks for the name on card (As it shows on the card) Ok card number OK Address as shown on the bank statement OK.
But my question is where or should i say why is not a box showing for me to add this CVV number.
I asked amazon this question and all they said was…
Please be informed that while updating/replacing the credit card information, you will be requested for CVV number. The CVV code you entered should match the code on your credit card.
I dont think they were paying attention to my question, probably working from home sitting in Tibet with a pizza in one hand and the remote for Netflix in the other.
Has any one else had this lack of space on form to enter the 3 digit CVV code when trying to update a card for adding this as a charge method

Sorry, I don’t train Seller Support staff. Eventually you will work out that most Seller Support messages are next to useless and cannot/must not be relied on.
You can accept my answer or keep looking for that box, not a problem.

The CVV is not required, hence no box on form.
