Amazon not releasing my funds after 106 days

it is my second massage here regarding this issue. amazon suspended my account at the 10/12/18 due 3 listings (i never sold this items)out of more than 10,000 SKU’S that i had at the time - they wanted to confirm the authenticity of this items.

i am a dropshipper - working with one of the biggest suppliers in Europe ( only 1 supplier). i sent an appeal to Amazon, authenticity certificates, permission to sell and purchase invoices of this 3 items ( provided by my supplier). amazon haven’t accept my appeal and POA - few times.

i waited the 90 days till the 10/03/19 , to receive my funds. after few emails, i got an answer that they decide not to release my funds for now, since my account was linked to listing or selling inauthentic items. at this same email they have written i can send an appeal, which they will check and will return to me with a final answer within 7 days.

i sent the appeal, i waited 9 days no answer, i have written emails to all 5 marketplaces disbursement-appeals , received an answer from DE and FR that they are still investigate my case.

it’s already 106 days that amazon holding my funds, if you combine all the 5 EU marketplaces it’s more than 50,000 EUR!! I’ve put all my savings . took loans from my family , friends and bank - i am in a big trouble here.

any advise how i can get first an answer from Amazon, and their final decision?

Firstly, I would advise you to keep responding to your original thread regarding the matter:

Secondly, if you would like to receive your funds after a permanent suspension, which you failed to appeal, you should take Amazon to the Small Claims Court.

This was proven on the forum as the most effective solution.

thanks for your replies - but you missing my point. this is the last email I received from the 5 EU amazon disbursement-appeals.

Your request has been received. However, it cannot be completed at this time.

Why is this happening?
Your account has been linked to the listing or sale of inauthentic items. The sale of counterfeit products is prohibited and your funds may be withheld if it is determined that your account has been used to sell inauthentic or infringing items.

How do I demonstrate authenticity?
In order to prove the authenticity of your items, please send documents such as invoices or brand authorization letters. Your appeal should address all of the inauthentic listings and policy violations associated with your account. Details about all of your specific inauthentic listings and policy violations can be found in your email or by viewing the Notifications page in the Performance section of Seller Central: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/customer-experience/perf-notifications.html.

A plan of action is not necessary and there is no required format for your appeal. Please submit documents such as:
– Invoices.
– Brand authorization letters.

as you can see they are writing that within 7 days after my appeal, they will answer me with their final desicion!! it’s been already 17 days from the day i have sent my appeal - nobody is answering!

  1. i have sent lots of emails in the last weeki have sent an email every other day, to few email addresses in Amazon - again no response

  2. few days ago tried to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk. and jeff@amazon.com - no response.

  3. the phone number they have at luxembourg (google and facebook) is disconnected!!

obviously if i don’t have a choice i will go to small court - i won’t lose my money - but before that i want to know Amazon finall desicion - i hope i won’t need to go to court ( time , money efforets specially that i am not living in one of the 5 EU Marketplaces)

my question was, if their is some way to contact amazon directly , some phone number, private email address ( of a person that deal with this issues)

as you can see they are writing that within 7 days after my appeal, they will answer me with their final desicion!! it’s been already 17 days from the day i have sent my appeal - nobody is answering!

  1. i have sent lots of emails in the last weeki have sent an email every other day, to few email addresses in Amazon - again no response

  2. few days ago tried to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk. and jeff@amazon.com - no response.

  3. the phone number they have at luxembourg (google and facebook) is disconnected!!

obviously if i don’t have a choice i will go to small court - i won’t lose my money - but before that i want to know Amazon finall desicion - i hope i won’t need to go to court ( time , money efforets specially that i am not living in one of the 5 EU Marketplaces)

my question was, if their is some way to contact amazon directly , some phone number, private email address ( of a person that deal with this issues)
