She literally has sent several emails via Amazon and to customer services stating she cannot return because its not been scanned.

Seller Support response, do you have the carrier link? Why do I need that for Amazon Buy Shipping item that a customer has confirmed received.

That doesn't make any sense ! - how does she know it hasn't been scanned, and even if not she can still return it.
