FBA STOCK (FIFO / LIFO)
Which method Amazon use to ship FBA INVENTORY when someone order , FIFO first in first out / LIFO last in last out.
As I just checked my inventory and come to know that old stock is still held in FBA while new stock is decreasing. And they charged FBA over fees to stock older than 90 days. This is not fair.
Can someone help.

Apparently there is no order. I also know people create multiple SKU's so that they can manage each batch expiry.

Amazon will ship the inventory that is closest to the delivery address, especially on next day delivery orders

For physical inventory there is no FIFO/LIFO. Amazon has some method to decide which Fulfillment Center to ship from.
For inventory aging purposes it is FIFO. A pack sold and shipped today will be considered to be the oldest pack you have inventory. Again this DOES NOT mean that the oldest physical pack actually shipped out the door.
