I am brand owner and fully registered with brand registry
We currently sell food supplements and launched a second product
We have continual Compliance Rejection and attempted Escalation as No Reason Provided
Our ASIN has been rejected multiple times under compliance review, yet no reason has been provided. We have submitted all required documentation, including:
• A valid HACCP certificate with a matching UK address for business on label of product to meet uk labelling laws
• High-quality images of the product in hand (front & back) and high quality product listing images along with A+ content
• A fully compliant label with uk details for our brand including address and instructions for use
• Small edits to the listing and resubmission of images to ensure accuracy. All images accepted
• we are fully registered with brand registry
Despite this, our product remains unfulfillable, and we now see a red “Out of Stock” warning in Seller Central. We have inventory at fulfilment centre and have sales pending ,We cannot take corrective action without knowing the specific reason for the compliance rejection. Has anyone else had this problem ???
We requested help via caselogs and phone calls but met with generic email responses stating under review then once rejected no reason is provided
We had no such problems when launching first supplement and provided all relevent required documents
We have no novel foods in our product
