access revoke!! My brand is removed

Hello,

My brand is removed for reporting counterfeit. I own the brand and trademark however, i wanted to remove Hijackers using my listing. I have right to enforce my trademark rights as i am the legal owner. However, i have also registered designs. I have enforced succesfully 6 hijackers however, some of them were duplicate and they have been rejected. In the process, my account was "revoked" and my brand is now removed for reporting counterfeit.

I have appealed but its always rejected. I have made it very clear i understand the importance of reporting and i will not be doing anymore. However, i just recieve the same automate message from amazon. I do believe this is very unfair as i am a seller from 2020 and we have costumer reputation on amazon.

Please urgent help needed PLEASE HELP! @simon_amazon @sakura_amazon_

Hi, - from reading what your issue is, it seems to be the same as mine. So here is how I got it sorted, firstly email this email managingdirector@amazon.co.uk - then I got a new case opened by an escalation team about 24 hours later - they were much more helpful than the usual seller support team. Then they were able to identify the issue and resolve it in about 5 days. My issue was in my POA I needed to say what my preventative measures would be in the future.
