HELP ME CLOSE MY ACCOUNT DOWN
I've been trying to close my account down for 11 months now, to no success. I have downgraded my account to individual, removed all products and cleared all inventory, yet I am still being charged, and still not able to close my account. An amazon account manager called Ethan Smith helped to get us set up on Amazon, and was nothing but helpful, but since he's left we've been fully left in the lurch and are being charged fees we never knew about or agreed to, and now we just want to be off the platform for good. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!

What exactly are you being charged for and how much? If its £30 a month for the professional account, do check here that you are set as Individual on the various marketplaces.

Is your account currently deactivated as you cant close it if it is?
Were you signed up for VAT services? what are the charges for? have you downgraded all your accounts?
Account managers dont actually exist they're just sales people who have potentially signed you up to allsorts
