【Help】Compliance classification and testing requirements for diapers/pads/wipes products in Europe?

Hello everyone, I am an Amazon Europe seller, recently preparing the following categories of products for sale in UK and Germany, currently dealing with product compliance issues, and would like to ask you which regulation the following products should be categorised under (e.g. CE MDR, CPNP, GPSR), and what tests (e.g. REACH, CPSD, CPSR, etc.) should be done respectively.

My products include:

Adult nappies

Baby nappies

Adult disposable pee pads

Disposable urine pads for babies

Wet toilet paper (for people)

Baby wipes (clean, alcohol-free)

Pet pee pads

Pet wipes

My question is as follows:

Are each of these products medical devices, cosmetics, general consumer goods, or pet products?

Does each type of product need to be sold in the UK and Germany:

CE marking or UKCA certification?

CPNP or SCPN registration?

REACH or CPSD testing?

GPSR requirements?

Which tests or registrations are required and which are recommended but not mandatory?

Are there any recommended testing organisations or Europa/RP services that can interface with these types of products?

Any guidance from experienced sellers or those involved in compliance services would be greatly appreciated!
