Today's disburment shows as going into account reserve.

A worrying development this morning.

Disbursed my available balance, but didn't get the usual e-mail acknowledgement. Looked under Disbarments and it shows no disbursement was made as it went into Account Reserve.

I've never had an Account Reserve and there isn't one showing on my Payments Dashboard. The amount I tried to disburse has gone back into my available balance which I can't disburse as I've already done it for today.

Is this happening to anyone else and it's just a glitch or is it just me? Haven't had the courage to run it past SS yet.

I've just discovered my bank account, which hasn't changed in 20 years, is showing as unverified and when I hit the Verify button brings up an Invalid Access message. This going to be fun.

Yes same here, I have exactly the same problem, since 24th December when my payment was due for automatic transfer, and didn't happen also couldn't manually transfer, plus showing bank account unverified, which hasn't changed also, and won't let me verify.

Yes same happened to me, I ended up adding new deposit method which was the one I have been using with them for over 10 years, had an email saying it has been verified but I can't withdraw anything yet, I think it said you can't touch it for 3 days due to security, we will see.

Mine is sorted now but I had the same issue last week,sudden failed disbursements,then noticed my bank account was showing unverified,

as it wouldn't let me verify either I had to go through the motions of 'updating' my bank with the exact same details,then send a copy bank statement to verify it,

this off course then blocked any disbursements,so had to wait exactly 3 days for the holds to be removed,

No idea what they are playing at but they do appear to enjoy playing mind games with us
