Pre-Fulfilment cancellation rate 3.49%

Your account is at risk of deactivation
Your Cancellation Rate is 3.49%; the target is 2.5%.

14 orders we cancel which is bulky and large and delivery address is Northern Ireland and remote areas.

We did mention on the listing but customers still place the order with us.

This is happening to us first that we above the cancelation threshold.

Please any suggestions regarding this issue or how we can save ourselves?

Thanks in Advance

Simple, change your shipping plan to exclude those locations, or increase the cost of them to make it worth it.

I hate to say this but some people, perhaps other sellers out to shaft you may well get orders placed knowing you will cancel them and eventually the amount of cancellations will get your seller account suspended.

You can’t “mention”. If your shipping setting allow the sale then you have to fulfill.
No excuses really. Not now. For years we all struggled with this but in recently months you’ve been able to specify shipping by ASIN.

Over the years it’s been the bane of my life at Q4. Non stop orders to Guernsey and always seemed to be huge but light weight toys. I used to bite the bullet and ship regardless of cost - it’s my business so my problem - not the customer’s. Hence you can’t put it on them - that’s a bit too ‘eBay’ for these parts.

I’m not being (totally) down on you (O.P) but relying on letting the customer down to suit your margins - isn’t right on any site.
