Customer leave 1 star review and didn't comment why? Is it possible to remove it through contact amazon support or it will remain permanent?

No - Amazon have allowed 'Ratings' to be left for years now. These differ from Reviews where qualitative feedback is left. A lot of the time they are ratings left off requests from Alexa devices who ask you to review your recent purchases.

If it's a product review, it doesn't even have to be a customer, anyone can leave a product review, as mad as it may seem, they do not have to have purchased the item.

1. Visit Customer Service

2. Select Something else

3. Select Amazon Community

4. Select Customer Reviews

5. Select Violations of our Guidelines

6. Select I need more help

7. Select Send us an email under Email us

This will send an email to the Community Moderation team where you can discuss the reviews and appeal for removal.

If you have submitted via the method above and haven't heard back in 3-5 business days, please let me know of your case ID and I'll look into escalation options.
