I am trying to figure out what type of tax amazon has collected on Product Sales and Services shown in Monthly Summary report? Its Not VAT. Is it? If not What type of tax is that ? Please see the attached document which shows £726.06 was collected.

Yes it's VAT, which is included in your sales plus Amazon charge VAT on the seller fees, hence the phrase "Prouct sales and services"
