Not receiving link for Video Call to prove identity

Our account is de-activated.
We have scheduled a number of times for a video call to prove identity but are not receiving the email from Amazon containing the video call link.
We have raised a case with Amazon but just keep getting the same generic email saying we need to book a call.
Please help.
