Funds Approved but No Identity Verification Prompt – UK Seller
Hello,
After receiving the notification shown in the screenshot (confirming that my funds were released), I replied to ask about identity verification because there was no verification prompt on my account.
However, I then received a message saying that my funds are blocked.
Right now, I cannot verify my identity because the system does not allow me to upload or edit any information.
Whenever I ask for help, I’m told that the funds are blocked.
Has anyone experienced this before?
What should I do in this situation?

Hello,
On July 22, I received an email stating that my funds had been released and that I needed to complete identity verification to receive them.
However, the identity verification panel was closed, so I asked where I should complete the verification — and in response, I was told that my funds are still blocked.
What should I do in this situation?
Can someone with real authority please give me a clear answer that will lead to a resolution?
