I created this case on 13th Nov, 2024 to require a remeasurement of one of my FBA products. During my early correspondence with seller central, I was given a remeasurement result which is the same as the original one. However, I don't think the measurement is correct since I packed the product carefully with the size tiers in mind.
Hence, I required another remesurement or a photo of the measurement from the fullfillment centre. I know it's a busy time for the warehouse. But I have been waiting for more than two weeks since then without any meaningful progree. Every time I required an update, I was told they were working on it and I had to wait. In the meantime, I continue to be overcharged for every product sold....
Is there anyway I can really push this case forward?

After multiple weeks of patient wait, today I got a reply from seller central. Instead of providing me the measurement photo, they just told me a new measurement of my product and its height grows 1.3cm more this time! No way my product is this thick and I even feel that I am being targeted! I have required a photo one more time but I wonder if anyone will take it seriously :(

Hi Ken, today they replied me with finally the correct measurement! However, the new measurement is not updated in the system and the support tells me to update it myself with a flat file. I am trying to figure out how to do that and will update you with further progress.

Hi Ken. Unfortunately your colleagues are not as responsible as you. I did the flat file update and provided them the required batch ID. However, the new reply I got is from another person and he did not even read the entire case before sending me some useless template response!
So today when I checked, the measurement of the product is still not correct and I think the batch ID I provided is not even forwarded to the internal team by the new representative! So disappointed.
I have replied the case asking them to forward the ID and let internal team check why the dimension is still not correct. In the meantime, can you also keep an eye on it and help in any ways you can? Thanks in advance.

Have Amazon support team came back to you with the correct measurement finally?
I have a similar case, requesting for remeasurement that was created on 18/11/2024. The support team came back to me with the incorrect measurement without any photos provided.
I provided multiple photos to support with the case and help with the remeasurement.
I am so disappointed with the support and do not know what to do now, I am being overcharged for every product sold since November.

I have to say I am infuriated now.
Since I requested the internal team to help me update the new measurement for the listing, it has been 2-3 weeks and they kept asking me to be patient and I did. Then today I received a message telling me the team has confirmed the size of my product, which is THE ORIGINAL WRONG MEASUREMENT!
I reached out to the support team and they basically told me whatever measurement and photos they provided me previously does not count, the FBA team now believes the original measurement is correct, without any proof. So I am back at step 01 and have to request a remeasurement and photos again. What a tyranny, this is how we are treated as Amazon seller.
I wonder if you can do something to help.
