At My Wit's End - ASIN Removed - We are not accepting applications to sell: Other category in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Selling on Amazon for 8 years. Brand registered.
100 days ago, my best selling ASIN was made inactive by Amazon. When you select Fix Listing Issue it says "We are not accepting applications to sell: "Other category in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)".
The product is not 'Other Category' - it is in stationery and office. I have tried absolutely everything and no one is telling me WHY on Earth this ASIN has been removed. I sell identical products, just with different wording and they are all fine.
I am 8 months pregnant and am endlessly worried about how I am going to face maternity. My business is in complete free-fall, sales down -82% because of this issue.
Please, please can someone help me. I must have opened 50+ Seller Support cases and just get copy and paste, BS responses.

Hi @Seller_jO0H3zJdul7AJ,
I've checked internally with the partner team and they informed that there is no gating restrictions for the ASIN you mentioned.
Could you please share a case ID related to this issue so I can investigate further?
Thanks, Ezra
