No Tracking ID Numbers provided
I have a shipment on its way from China. They usually use Fed Ex or UPS, but this time they are using their own currier. The order is on its way and I can't edit my shipping plan. Therefore, I can't enter tracking ID numbers since they aren't using Fed Ex or UPS. I got dinged by Amazon last time this happened when I couldn't provide tracking ID numbers and my Health Score went down and now it's going to happen again. Any help/advice around this?

Thanks for taking the time to raise this here in the forums.
At this step in the workflow, there likely isn't a clean work around - especially if your carrier isn't providing tracking IDs. The official statemen ton carriers that don't provide tracking from this FAQ on tracking IDs:
"What should I do if my carrier does not provide a tracking ID?
We encourage you to use carriers who provide tracking information for delivering shipments. These carriers provide real-time status to us and can help minimize receive delays and avoid out of stock risk."
