Trying to send first shipment to Amazon - Packing Details greyed out - Help!
Hi,
Trying to create my first shipping plan, 2 colour variations of the same item. When i select the ‘send to Amazon’ under the shipments drop down menu, ‘Packing Details’ are greyed out and i cannot continue any further. Any help appreciated
