From the courier you paid to deliver

However good luck, most times you get told that only Amazon can claim because they technically bought the label and are the purchaser on record, Amazon will of course tell you that you bought the label so you need to claim from the courier.

which carrier is it for ? it is your account(royal Mail) that attached to amazon or actually amazon shipping ?

if it your account you should be able to claim directly as normal if its an amazon bought label you may be able to find invoices in your tax document library for labels purchased from amazon you can then claim back from the carrier, abit long winded but that could your starting point as the invoive should show the tracking number and your name and address in a similar way that the return labels do

Can’t speak for other carriers, but if it is for RM and you have proof of posting receipt from the PO, you claim via RM.
Have you checked the tracking though ? - because if the RM site shows as delivered, they will not reimburse you.

They are scanning some large letters, but AFAIK not letters (or maybe they could be, but just not giving us access to that data). If it has been scanned (LLs), then the RM tracking page will show it as delivered. If you try a Letter code, you just get ‘this is not available for this service’ message. I only send parcels tracked (well, just basic Signed For) and at the moment, getting 100% scan rate on them.
