Write your own on plain paper. Find a template by googling. Fill in the relevant details from the packing slip. Make sure you date it. Print it. Write paid in full on it. Scan it and send it to the customer via Amazon messaging.

Search for Office Templates.
Pick Invoice and download it.
Enter your details on it and SAVE

You can then use it as your basic template to reproduce as and when required.

Is the customer wanting a VAT invoice? Are you VAT registered? If they want a VAT invoice and you are not VAT registered then you cannot supply a VAT invoice. In that case the purchase slip may be sufficient for them

As previous reply, if it is a VAT receipt he is wanting and you are not VAT registered then you can’t, and books are zero rated anyway !
Tell him to print off his order on Amazon, that will have the price on it.

If you’re VAT registered he can print it off himself by selecting INVOICE 1 from the dropdown list on his order detail page:

Your Account/Your Orders/Invoice/Invoice 1
