Stuck in Redirect Loop – Can’t Access Verification Pages for 2+ Weeks
Hello Amazon Seller Support, Moderators, and Community,
I’ve been facing a critical technical issue with my Amazon Seller Central account for over two weeks and cannot proceed with account verification or update my business entity details due to a “Too Many Redirects” browser error.
Every time I try to access required verification pages such as:
https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/sw/AccountInfo/DepositMethodView/step/DepositMethodView
— the page fails to load and redirects endlessly until a “too many redirects” error appears.
What I’ve tried:
Clearing cache/cookies, using multiple browsers and devices
Logging out of all Amazon accounts
Using mobile browser, incognito mode
Contacting Seller Support (multiple times), escalation via Twitter/X
I received generic instructions to upload bank info or documents — but I can’t even access the relevant pages.
Please help escalate this issue to the technical team or platform engineers. This is preventing me from launching my business, and it’s becoming very distressing.

You need to tag in some of the moderators for them to actually see your post - otherwise you'll not get any response from them.

Hi, I’ve had no success resolving this issue through Seller Support or escalation teams.
This is a technical bug (redirect loop) preventing access to verification and deposit method pages.
I’d really appreciate if one of the moderators could help escalate this to Amazon’s technical support team.
