At the time, I faced challenges with interlinked account issues, leading to the removal of my payment method and eventual closure of the account. I would now like to reopen the account and resume using it.
To move forward, I would like to know:
Outstanding Balance: If there is any balance due on my account, could you please provide the details of the amount owed?
Required Documents: What documents and verifications are necessary to reopen my account? I am prepared to provide proof of identity, address, and a new payment method if needed.
